Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Ganpati Exports in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases within India, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. Shipping charges will be applicable for all international orders outside India.

If the order is cancelled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you return an order delivered to you, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery Time

We dispatch products within 48 hours, and they are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the delivery location. For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Important Guidelines for Smooth Delivery

To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following while entering your shipping details:

  • Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.

  • Enter correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get delayed or misrouted if these details are incorrect.

  • Kindly ensure that your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. Our delivery partner may need to contact you for delivery-related queries.
