If the order has already been shipped, kindly inform our customer service team and do not accept the shipment at delivery. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We accept returns under the following circumstances only:
Damaged items delivered
Delivery of incorrect items (not according to your order)
Returns will not be accepted if:
The customer has no valid reason for returning the product.
The customer wishes to return under personal preference without defect/damage – in such cases, the customer must bear both forward and return shipping charges.
If your package appears damaged, and upon opening you find the product broken/damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 93147 14847 / subhamboxx@gmail.com.
Steps to follow:
Note the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and retain your copy.
Make appropriate remarks on the delivery sheet (if applicable).
Notify Ganpati Exporte directly within 2 days of receipt with details of the damage.
Send us clear images of the damaged item(s), including close-ups of affected areas.
After verification, we will discuss a replacement, refund, or store credit.
If you choose replacement, kindly ship the item back in its original packing materials and container.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be shipped at no extra charge.
The initial return shipping must be borne by you. However, once we confirm transit damage, your return shipping cost will be refunded.
Note: For one-of-a-kind or customized items, immediate replacements may not be available. In such cases, we will inform you about the possibility and time frame required to recreate the product.
If the product you received is not what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 93147 14847 / subhamboxx@gmail.com.
Provide us with:
Your order number and details of items ordered.
Invoice number.
Courier airway bill number.
After confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
If replacement is chosen, please return the item in its original packing.
Once received in good condition, your correct order will be shipped at no extra cost.
Return shipping must be borne by you initially; however, after verification, we will refund your shipping charges.
Note: For customized or unique handcrafted items, replacements may take additional time depending on artisan availability.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date Ganpati Exporte receives the returned product.
